Mask part replacement schedule

• Cushion: Every 3 Months
• Frame: 6 Months
• Headgear: Every 6 Months

Using your mask for the first time

• For full instructions see product guide
• Handwash mask and allow to fully dry before first use
• Attach the under-the-nose cushion to the frame by aligning the connectors and snapping them into place
• Connect cloth headgear to the frame
• Attach mask hose into quick release elbow then insert into the mask frame
• Place mask cushion over your mouth and pull headgear into place
• Turn the therapy device on. Lie down. Breathe normally
• Test mask fit by adjusting sleeping positions to ensure the cushion seal and headgear are secure

Fitting your mask

• Use the sizing guide to identify your recommended frame and cushion sizes
• The frame should rest securely between your eyes and ears without obstructing vision
• The cushion should seal comfortably around your mouth and under your nose
• Adjust the headgear straps evenly until the cushion feels stable but not overtight

Magnetic clip safety warning

Magnets with a magnetic field strength of 400 mT are used in the mask. Magnetic clips should not be used with medical implant devices, including the following. Keep mask at least 2 inches from active medical implants. If you have questions about whether a medical device is magnet-safe, contact your doctor.

If you do not know your cushion size, we suggest starting with the DreamWear Full Face Fit Pack, which comes with cushion sizes small, medium, medium-wide, and large. Additionally, we suggest checking the mask sizing guide linked above.

If you already know your cushion size

The DreamWear Full Face Mask is offered in four sizing options from small to large. Most people fit in the medium or medium-wide size. If you have small facial features, we suggest trying the small cushion size. If you are a man or have a larger bone structure, we suggest going with the large cushion size.

If you are re-ordering this cushion

If you currently own a DreamWear Full Face Mask, you can find your current cushion size by checking the embossed letter found on the left side of your CPAP cushion. Your cushion size will appear in black ink as an S, M, MW, or L.
